Occupied staging services begin with a Staging Consultation:

Staging Consultation - $250

During this scheduled in-home 'walk & talk' consultation, we will do a detailed walk-through of the home together. As we go through each space, I will be providing strategic recommendations for what adjustments should be made to maximize buyer appeal as you take notes.

You will also receive valuable hands-on staging demonstrations and key styling techniques.

This verbal consultation includes up to 2 hours in the home, and we’ll address:

• Curb appeal
• Furnishing & accessory arrangement
• Pre-packing & depersonalizing
• Highlighting architectural features
• Creating space & establishing function 
• Neutralizing paint colors
• Hands-on staging & styling demos
• Suggested shopping list items for higher impact

Payment is due at the end of our consultation.

A custom Staging Report including discussed recommendations can be provided within 48 hrs for an additional $75.
 

Professional Staging Day

Moving can often feel overwhelming. Allow me to handle your home staging details so you may relax and focus on other priorities like family, work or other moving preparations.

If after our consultation you prefer to have me come back and professionally implement the recommended staging work for you, I will be happy to roll up my sleeves and get it accomplished for you. I'll prepare a written customized proposal for your review. Once accepted, we will schedule your staging day!
